As a rule of thumb if you building muscle then you require 20-25 calories per pound of bodyweight. If your goal is to Pro Muscle lose fat then you should aim for a figure of 10-13 Pro Muscle calories per pound of bodyweight. If we look at myself, for example, I weigh 180 pounds so if I want to build muscle I really need to be eating 3600-4500 calories per day.
