Simon M says: “I think we should probably remove the max_bytes_used limits for the Haddock tests.”

(I plan to “fix” this in the HIW contributors talk, so please do _not_ fix it just now :-). And sorry for the noise...)

Summary: as these are unreliable, and it is hard to re-run haddock with other RTS flags.
