End of RULES pragma and indentation
The following bug occurs in GHC 4.11, but not in GHC 4.08.1.
Given the module
<code>
module Bug where
{-# RULES
"foo" foo 1 = 1
#-}
foo 1 = 1
</code>
(where it is essential that #-} starts in column 1), GHC
4.11 complains
test.hs:1: parse error on input `foo'
although the given module should be legal - moreover, the
given line number is wrong.
