RebindableSyntax turns off NoImplicitPrelude
{-# LANGUAGE NoImplicitPrelud, RebindableSyntax #-}
is not equivalent to
{-# LANGUAGE RebindableSyntax, NoImplicitPrelude #-}
but to
{-# LANGUAGE RebindableSyntax #-}
instead.
In other words, if RebindableSyntax follows NoImplcitPrelude, then the Prelude becomes implicit.
