Description

I am using GHC --make in bigger Makefile setup. I am having problems that timestamp on output files are not always set correctly (to newer date than input files) so Makefile reruns GHC compiling even if there is not change. Again and again.

I have added simple touch of output file after every GHC call and problems vanished.

Can you give us instructions on exactly how to reproduce the problem? We'd like to fix it, but can only do so if we can reproduce it. Thanks
