unexpected parse errors with `do` and `let`
Unless I misunderstand, all three of the following definitions are syntactically correct. However, f2 and f3 elicit parse errors.
f1 = do let x = 3
return x
f2 = do let x = 3; return x
f3 = do { let x = 3; return x }
