Actual behaviour:

GHC 6.8.3 Installer adds GHC to the PATH environment variable of the user who started the installer

Expected behaviour:

The installer should prompt a user whether to modify the environment at all

Agreed, it should be a checkbox. I'll do this, if no one else does, but not before the 6.10 timeframe.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

When installing a GHC 7 nightly I get the option not to set the path, meaning this is now fixed.
