ghci: :f fmap -> can't unify
Typing ':f fmap' at the GHCi prompt gives a panic (Can't unify). See below:
$ ghci
GHCi, version 6.8.2: http://www.haskell.org/ghc/ :? for help

ghc-6.8.2: panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
