misleading stability
In the haddock generated doumentation the tag
"stability" is "experimental" for most modules and
"provisional" for the Haskell 98 Prelude modules
(except e.g. Bool which is experimental, probably
because it is in a different module from what the
Haskell Report sais it would be). Having such overly
conservative classification renders the whole tag
useless. All Prelude modules should be "stable" as well
as the FFI, FiniteMap and many others.
