Fix configure of readline performed as part of GHC install
On Mac OS X 10.4.9, make install
of a recent GHC HEAD reports:

The problem seems to be that the --with-readline-includes
and --with-readline-libraries
configure arguments are not passed to the Cabal configure which is carried out during installation. The attached patch solves the problem in my case, but I am not an expert in these matters, so entirely different things may be called for.
