Description

Some 100 ghci tests are failing on Travis.

I bisected it down to b949c96b4960168a3b399fe14485b24a2167b982 "Eliminate zero_static_objects_list()", Phab:D1076.

Not that the Travis build sets DYNAMIC_GHC_PROGRAMS = NO and 'GhcLibWays = v`.

I reverted the patch, I'll look into this and the reported perf regression in fannkuch-redux https://phabricator.haskell.org/rGHCb949c96b4960

thomie, are you sure this was reproducible with 09d05050346c1be7bac20ba3f40861e05217368b? There was indeed a bug affecting ghci in the initial zero_static_objects_list patch but I fixed it in that commit.
