Wrong information about the previous version of the time library in GHC 7.10.1 RC2 release notes

The right information is:

Version number ... (was 1.4.2)

(Note also that the information about the (previous) version of the time library is wrong in the release notes of GHC 7.8.3 and GHC 7.6.1).

This should hopefully be fixed in the 7.10.1 RC2 release notes (synchronized with time-1.5.0.1).

It wasn't. I changed the description to emphasise the issue in GHC 7.10.1 RC2.
