Prelude docs for Integer mention J#

    I was just looking through http://hackage.haskell.org/package/base-4.12.0.0/docs/Prelude.html#t:Integer and noticed that it mentions J# and I#. This is certainly an implementation detail that should not be exposed to readers of the Prelude documentation.
