ghc-heap doesn't support profiling

    ghc-heap should show an accurate representation of what's on the heap. When profiling is enabled the profiling header is just completely ignored and not represented in the StgInfoTable.

    A new field should be added to StgInfoTable with type Maybe ProfilingHeader just like we already have for tables next to code.
