NoFib : fasta benchmark produces unexpected output on slow/fast modes.

I aborted after hitting this one so maybe the issue exists for other benchmarks as well.

Fails with HEAD/stage2 and ghc-8.2.1.

Turns out mode=slow needs to be passed to make boot as well.

I will update the wiki to include the info.
